I wish to attend the 34rd Annual Laurel Alumni Association Banquet to be held on Saturday, May 17th at 6:15 PM (Social hour 5:00 - 6:00) at the Laurel Fire Hall. The cost is $50 per person. All current members of the Alumni Association and those who become members prior to submitting their reservations are invited to attend. A single LAA member may invite one adult guest to the banquet. If you are a married couple who are both LAA members, you may not invite another guest. Eligible members are those individuals whose dues are current through June 30, 2025.
Please fill in space below with your name and the name of your guest (one guest per alumni member) as you want it to read on your name tag. (If applicable, please include your maiden name and the year you graduated.) If your guest is not an LAA member, you do not have to complete the information that is not relevant.
*Date of Birth only needed for Laurel High School graduates prior to 1950.
